Can I Use the app for multiple restaurants?

Each restaurant requires an additional subscription but can be added to the same profile.  This will allow you to easily switch between restaurants, updating menu information and sending out notifications easily - eliminating the hassle of signing in and out of multiple accounts.

What is your refund policy?
We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our product, then simply send us an email and we will refund your purchase right away. Our goal has always been to create a happy, thriving community. If you are not thrilled with the product or are not enjoying the experience, then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy member.
What size should my images be?
We recommend files in JPG or PNG format.  File sizes should be 500×500 px but will be automatically cropped if they do not meet these exact dimensions.
Can I send out multiple notifications in one day?

Yes, you can send out as many notifications as you choose.  Keep in mind that users will receive each notification you send directly to their phone.  A word of advice: remember, a little goes a long way and overkill can have the opposite effect on your guests.  We recommend keeping it simple by limiting notifications to 1-2 times per day. This is sure to keep your guests intrigued without turning them off with “spam” notifications.

how detailed should i make my menu?

The more information you provide to your guests about your restaurant and your menu, the more likely they’ll be to pay you a visit.  Many diners report that they appreciate menus that are in-depth and thorough. By including details such as the ingredients, calories and flavors of a dish, diners will have a better idea of what to expect when they try it for the first time.  Don’t forget to upload high quality images to each menu item so your guests can see what they have to look forward to.  The more appetizing the images, the more likely you will be to tempt your diners taste buds.  Here at My Menu, we welcome (dare we say, we challenge) you to get creative … Challenge accepted?!
